Volkswagen’s new Golf 7 – a coupe sedan

It seems that Volkswagen is planning to make a new Golf 7, a coupe sedan which will compete with Audi’s A5 Sportback model. The Golf CC will be made on the same lines as the Passat CC.
Thus the classic hatchback will give way to new and different models giving more variety to customers. The Golf 7 will probably be a five-seater model similar to the A5 Sportback. It is not unlikely that a hybrid-diesel version of the car will also be in the works in due time, given the way the market is moving.
