Video: 2013 SRT Viper GTS-R completes its first track test
Chrysler has released a new video of the SRT Viper GTS-R race car completing its first track test at the Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, South Carolina.
The Viper GTS-R is based on the standard Viper and jointly-developed with Riley Technologies to compete in the American Le Mans Series GT class later this year.
According to Beth Paretta (Director of Marketing and Operations, SRT Brand and Motorsports) “The first on-track test of the new SRT Viper GTS-R went extremely well… We’re elated with how the SRT Viper GTS-R responded and look forward to returning to the track soon as we prepare to compete in the American Le Mans Series GT class later this year.”
