The Ferrari P4/5 Competizione may well be on its way to being made as a race version that would make its competition debut at the 2010 Nürburgring 24 hour race from May 13-16. Jim Glickenhaus of Ferrari said, “There are a LOT of stars that would have to align for this to happen but it’s not impossible.”

This car would be built using a yet unspecified platform, but considering it is Ferrari it will be no doubt be using a Ferrari chassis/vin#/engine and gearbox. This competitive race car still needs a sponsor and then also time is of the essence if that if the time frame Glickenhaus has in mind.
