BMW had plans of making a sustainable sports car and this concept car was to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month. However, images have already leaked of this and you can view them. This car will be the next generation 3 series which will take at least two years to be out.
It could be a four door coupe or a touring hatchback judging from its size and features. The car will feature a turbocharged three-cylinder engine and possibly some sort of hybrid drive system. The sustainable concept may include elements ranging from lightweight materials, stop-start systems, regenerative braking, direction injection and more.
Check out the leaked spy shots on Bimmerpost and what its forum members are having to say. Greater details will be available when the show opens.
