Roush 427R is first to the Mustang wars
Roush Racing is one of the most successful names in NASCAR racing. Jack Roush has always made some of the better performing Mustangs.
This one will surely be no different. With the new S197 Mustang for 2010, Roush had a clean sheet to work with. A clean car is what they came up with, too.
2009 ROUSH Mustang P-51B
ROUSH Performance continues their homage to the legendary World War II fighter plane with the 2009 P-51B™ Mustang, the second aviation-themed pony car from the Michigan-based manufacturer.
This car, based on the 2009 Ford Mustang chassis, will be limited to just 51 numbered production vehicles in the 2009 model year.
Roush/Superformance Special Edition MKIII-R
Superformance is the only Shelby-licensed producer of Cobra kit cars and Roush is a well known for their complete performance crate “street engines”.
Roush/Superformance was built specifically to tour the country and represent the bread and butter of what Roush Performance Engines and Superformance LLC have to offer.
The plan was to build a one off display vehicle, but the project’s high interest quickly changed everyone’s mind and suddenly the car was slated for production. The Special Edition car was introduced to the public at the 2007 SEMA show in Las Vegas Nevada.

2009 Roush RTC Mustang
ROUSH will be unveiling the new limited-edition 2009 Roush RTC Mustang at the National Mustang Show in Dublin, Ohio this Friday.
The RTC will be limited to 200 units, all coupes with a two-tone paint scheme. Manual or automatic is available, ROUSHcharger is optional. Mustang RTC Package costs 13,375.00 dollars.
KITT Mustangs sell for $300,000

This weekend’s Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach, Florida, saw a pair of Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR muscle cars from the new Knight Rider series go under the hammer for $300,000.
The cars were sold together as a pair and the buyer was also offered the chance to snap up a brand new 2009 GT500KR, one of only 746 cars, for list price.
SEMA 2007: ROUSH P-51A Mustang

During World War II, the P-51 Mustang was hailed as a savior of aviation and certainly played a major part in ending the conflict. This long range fighter escorted Allied bombers over Europe and Hermann Goering, the head of Germany’s Luftwaffe, summarized the plane’s role by stating, “The day I saw P-51 Mustangs flying over Berlin, I knew the jig was up.”
2007 Roush Mustang 428R

Roush Performance continues to pay tribute to Ford’s legendary history with the 428R Mustang, a limited edition pony car which follows in the tremendous success of their 427R model introduced last year and which remains in the Roush product lineup for the 2008 model year.
