2010 Mercedes-Benz S-Class revealed

S 400 HYBRIDCurrent S-Class has been on the market for four years now. Today Mercedes-Benz revealed details about the facelifted model. Most spectacular versions of the facelifted S-Class are S 600 and S 400 Hybrid.

Facelifted S-Class line-up includes S 350 CDI, S 450 CDI, S 350, S 400 HYBRID, S 450, S500 and S 600.

Facelifted Mercedes Benz S-Class AMG spotted in Germany

2010 S63/65 AMG We have already brought you spy shots of the facelifted S-Class. Now we have the AMG version of the facelifted S-Class that reveals new bumpers similar to SL65 Black Series, new side mirrors, LED daylights, quad exhaust pipes and cross-driller brakes.

There won’t be no changes to the engines. S63 AMG will use the same hand-built 6.2-liter V8 with 525 hp, S65 AMG will use the 6.0-liter V12 with 612 hp.

Spy shots: 2010 Mercedes-Benz S-Class comes with LED headlights

Yesterday Mercedes introduced its new innovative SPLITVIEW technology and announced that it will be available from next summer on the S-Class. There is no way that Mercedes is putting this new technology into the current S-Class. That means facelifted S-Class will be available from next summer.

In general the facelifted S-Class has not changed much. Visually main changes include new bumpers, mirrors, LED headlights, LED taillights and a revised grille. Also the rear lights are not split any more. Looks like the LED boom is on!

Carlsson introduces RS-design kit for the S-Class

Carlsson, the Merzig-based automobile manufacturer specialised in refining Mercedes Benz models, impresses with a new high-quality RS-design kit for the S-class in either real carbon, a material which is mainly used in the Formula 1 or in polyurethane (PU).

The exclusive overall package gives the S-class long version (internal production name V221) an even more sportive and unforgettable appearance.

2010 Mercedes-Benz S-Class spied again

2010 Mercedes-Benz S-Class faceliftLess than a month ago we brought you first pictures of the S-Class facelift (including interior). This time we can see the front lights and rear LED lights in daylight driving and while the car is parked.

Still no information on the engine changes, but we ll go over all the exterior changes we can see. Car gets new front and rear bumpers, new side mirrors (we expect them to be similar with the ones on new GL Class), rear LED lights. Also daylights are most likely LED. Grille is changed and more in a v-shape. Flashers are moved to the bottom when comparing to the current S-Class.

2010 Mercedes-Benz S-Class facelift spotted (interior shots as well)

2010 Mercedes-Benz S-ClassClearly visible are the new front skirt and fog lights, a revised bumper, as well as the new side mirrors.

There will also will be a modified layout of the headlights: while the flashers will move to the bottom of the units, LED daylight driving lamps will be fitted to the outer edges of the front lamp units. A slightly re-designed rear bumper and taillights without the coloured metal stripes will round off the facelift.
