BRABUS introduces tuning program for the new E-Class
With the market launch of the new E-Class (W 212 model series) famous German tuner BRABUS has released details about their tuning program for this new luxury sedan.
Some of the highlights of this program include BRABUS 6.1-liter V8 engine that develops 462 horsepower in the E 500 (E550 in the U.S.).
2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabrio spotted with a soft top
This is quite confusing, as back in October when we brought you first spy shots of the E-Class Cabrio, it had a retractable hard top(or what looked like one). This time we have spy shots of the all-new E-Class Cabrio with a soft top.
Could it be that Mercedes has two open top versions planned for the E-Class Cabrio?
2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class revealed
After all the spy shots, leaked images and brochures, Mercedes-Benz has finally revealed the new E-Class, which makes its world debut at Detroit Auto Show.
New E-Class is longer, wider and taller than its predecessor. Engineers have improved cars torsional rigidity by 30%. For better driving comfort the car has a new suspension whose shock absorbers automatically adjust to the current driving situation. The optional air suspension now works together with an electronic damping system.
E-Class Coupe spied again, this time with a glass roof
We have showed you spy shots of the upcoming E-Class Coupe before. What makes this new set of spy shots different, is that we can see the E-Class Coupe with a full glass roof.
So if you feel that E-Class Cabrio don’t fit the climate you live in, then the Coupe version with full glass roof will offer you a similar view without the cold breeze. E-Class Coupe will arrive at dealers this summer with the convertible following soon after.
2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class official photos leaked
No more spy shots. What we have here are the first official 2010 Mercedes E-Class photos, that somehow “leaked” to the German web and now you can see them here.
So far the spy shots we have seen have revealed most of the car except the lights. We can clearly see the light shape and also new LED lights on the bottom of the bumper where usually fog lights are. New E-Class will be powered by the same gasoline and diesel engines. Most powerful AMG version will have 550 plus hp.

2010 Mercedes E-Class spied nearly undisguised
We have seen the upcoming E-Class in different disguises. Over time the car has been losing more and more of its disguise and now differences to the outgoing model are quite visible.
Mercedes will abandon SBC in favor of conventional brakes. These will come with features such as wet-weather disc wiping and wheel-selective cornering brake control. Optional ceramic-composite discs could be introduced on AMG models.

2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan interior spied
We have seen the new E-class with the same disguise before, but what makes these spy shots interesting is that we got to see the interior as well. Interior is very similar to the one found in new CLK / E-Class Coupe.
E-Class Sedan and Estate have no traditional gear shifter. It will be offered only with an automatic transmission, that is placed on the steering column. 2009 E-Class Coupe we saw yesterday still gets the manual transmission and has the gear shifter where we are use to seeing it.
