Video: BMW M3 promo “Living in The Lights”
Bandito Garage has released a new 2 minute and 20 second promotional video of the BMW E92 M3 Coupe titled “Living in The Lights”.
“Living in The Lights” is part of the BMW film series “The Hire” and is by Mouse McCoy. This new video was filmed in Los Angeles featuring the M3 Coupe and a pretty lady on the passenger seat.
BMW cancels plans for another performance model
We just reported yesterday that BMW won’t be producing the M1 Hommage concept. Now BMW has also cancelled plans to produce a lighter, sharper and faster CSL version of the E92 M3.
The E93 BMW M3 CSL was supposed to be powered by the same 4.0-liter V8 engine producing 470 horsepower. To save weight, BMW was going to drop the radio, navigation and air-conditioning. A lot of details were supposed to be replaced with carbon to save weight.

After one year development time, the BMW M3 designed specifically for motor racing has completed its first meters on the track. Watch the video of its maiden drive.
BMW M3 Coupé E 92 by HAMANN

The Next M-series Back Down to Six or Four Cylinders?
The first M3 had an inline four. The next two gens holstered straight sixes. And now the M3 has a high-revving V8. BMW’s mighty M5 went from two generations of straight sixes to a V8 to a high-revving V10.
All this horsepower excuses BMW from having to lighten its cars and focus on improving dynamics. It seems that BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer is thinking along the same lines.
