The new Ferrari F450 – spy shots

The 2010 Ferrari F450 prototype has been captured on camera undergoing tests in north Italy, giving Ferrari fans an idea of what is in store for them. It is going to replace the F430 Coupe and the Cabriolet with more than 370 KW of power.

First images of Ferrari’s F450

Even as Ferrari’s California convertible is hitting the market, Ferrari is continuously going in for new models. Take a look at the first spy pix of Ferrari’s next generation F430. These are the actual prototypes of this model which has a compact front engine.

This supercar will be fitted with a 4.5L V8 engine and called the F450, so it will be a more powerful machine than he F430. Furthermore, Auto Motor und Sport is reporting that a concept version will be unveiled at September’s Frankfurt Motor Show ahead of a sales launch in early 2010.

Ferrari F450 mule spotted on track

Ferrari’s F430 replacement has been spotted doing its thing like a dirty chicken wing around Ferrari’s Fiorano race track.

It was spotted sporting a plain, dull yellow Scuderia body shell. But, you can tell this is no Scudy… Just wait till you hear the 4.5 liter V8 roar.

Ferrari F450 prototype spied with new modifications

We brought you first spy photos of the Ferrari F430 successor codenamed F142 just few weeks ago. Now another test mule in Sweden was spotted with new modifications to the body.

We can see wider front and rear wheel cases, so it is now obvious that the Ferrari F450 will have a wider track.

Ferrari F450 will debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show in October

On Wednesday we brought you spy photos of the Ferrari F430 replacement codenamed F142.

Now according to Autocar F450 will be unveiled already in October at the Frankfurt Auto Show. F450 will have a new look and engine, with some components in the bodywork and chassis likely borrowed from the F430.

Ferrari working on F430 replacement, codenamed F142

Now when the California is making its way into dealerships Ferrari is moving on and working on the F430 replacement.

At first the car spotted looks to be just another F430, but when you look closely you will see some differences. It has bigger air intakes, wide central exhaust under the rear license plate and modified wheel cases on the front.
