Official: All-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe
Finally after all the spy photos we have official images and details about the E-Class Coupe, which replaces the CLK. E-Class Coupe is a classic coupe - no B-pillars and fully retractable side windows.
Mercedes claims that this model is the world’s most aerodynamically efficient series-production car. Drag coefficient is just 0.24.

Now when the new E-Class sedan is officially revealed, it is just a matter of time when Mercedes presents other body variants.
This time we have new spy shots of the Coupe version in white with a glass roof. Engineers have only covered the lights and rear boot lid. We don’t see the point hiding the lights, when we have seen them on the sedan already.

E-Class Coupe spied again, this time with a glass roof
We have showed you spy shots of the upcoming E-Class Coupe before. What makes this new set of spy shots different, is that we can see the E-Class Coupe with a full glass roof.
So if you feel that E-Class Cabrio don’t fit the climate you live in, then the Coupe version with full glass roof will offer you a similar view without the cold breeze. E-Class Coupe will arrive at dealers this summer with the convertible following soon after.
Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe spotted again
Last time we showed you spy shots of the E-Class Coupe was back in October. First it was known as the new CLK, but now it is clear that the CLK is history as it is being replaced by the E-Class Coupe. In addition to the Coupe, Mercedes is also working on the Cabrio version, which gets a retractable hardtop.
These latest spy photos come from markus-jordan.de via AutoBlog.it and reveal the E-Class Coupe with almost no disguise, except some camouflage on the front and rear fascias.
2009 Mercedes-Benz CLK interior spied
We have seen both the Coupe and Cabrio versions of the next CLK, which is also rumored to be called the E-Class coupe/cabrio.
Now we have first spy photos of the interior showing us updated instrument panel and a navi screen that is now moved up on the dash. Center stack is also changed compared to the current setup.
Still no official information will it be called CLK or E-Class coupe. Either way the car is expected to arrive next summer with the cabrio arriving a year later.
Next generation Mercedes-Benz CLK Cabrio spotted
Here’s proof that Mercedes is hard working on the next generation CLK Cabrio – and of the fact that the coupé’s beautiful sister will get a retractable hardtop. Clearly visible is the joint between the windshield frame and the front edge of the roof.
The wider disguise of the c-post and the longer boot lid are other details that give away the secret of this prototype.
