2010 BMW 5 Series GT spied with little disguise
BMW 5 Series GT Concept has been revealed and the production version is expected to hit the dealerships this fall.
New spy photos show us a production version with very little camouflage. Actual production model looks almost identical to the concept. According to BMW, 5 Series GT is just 7 cm shorter than the new 7 Series.
Oh that’s a PAS! BMW explains the thing in animation language
It’s not a sedan; it’s not a hatchback nor is it an SUV or a people carrier. Is it then a motorbike? No. It is a PAS. And finally BMW has made an effort to teach us what it’s all about.
In their official video animation BMW explains the inspirational sources and the practical need for a performance activity sedan. We get to see how the PAS combines all kinds of characteristics that other types of cars boast.
BMW confirms 3-series PAS(Progressive Acitivity Sedan)
We have already showed you spy shots of the 2010 BMW 5-series PAS. This 5-series based Progressive Activity Sedan will likely be called V5 and should be unveiled at the end of this year.
Now according to Autocar, BMW chairman Norbert Reithofer has confirmed that the firm will also launch a smaller, more affordable luxury crossover to accompany next year’s 5-series PAS.
