SsangYong C200 Eco & Aero concepts debut at the Seoul Motor Show

In December it seemed that SsangYong is history as the company shut down temporarily. They were not unable to clear even December’s payroll, and halted all operations by shutting down its manufacturing plants.

Looks like the company still functions as at the Seoul Motor Show they introduced two new versions of the C200 Concept with three power choices.

C200 is the smallest and lightest model by the company. It comes in two version. First one is C200 Eco and comes with a diesel hybrid power. C200 Aero version comes with a 2.0-liter diesel or turbocharged 1.8-liter gasoline engine.

C200 is the best looking SsangYong ever. Reason for that probably is the fact that it is styled by Giugiaro’s ItalDesign. SsangYong C200 has a 2.65 meter wheelbase with an overall length of 4.4 meters.

SsangYong hopes to start the production later this year and believes it can deliver the first cars in UK already in 12 months.
