General Motors, not fazed by all the problems it has faced, is continuing work on its new models including the Cruze based Buick sedan. Photos indicate that it looks a lot like the 2010 Opel Astra, particularly its interiors.
The car is likely to find its way into the global market. Built around GM’s FWD Delta II platform, there is strong likelihood that the car may be a hybrid or it may be available in petrol and diesel models.
In the US the car is probably going to be manufactured in GM’s plant in Ohio. There’s also a possibility it could be produced at the Russelsheim plant in Germany; in fact it will probably be manufactured at more than one location consiering the global market.
