The 2011 BMW 3 series coupe is undergoing a facelift judging from the spy shots. While the exterior changes are minor the heart of the car is going to have more changes incorporated. The car will have new front and rear bumpers, LED rear lights and updated headlights. It will also include minor changes in the trim and styling.
The face lifted coupe will also give greater fuel efficiency with a brake energy regeneration system, stop-start engine technology, electro-mechanical power steering and low rolling resistance tires. In terms of technological advances it will feature a second-generation iDrive system, featuring a larger 22cm (8.8inch) LCD display and an optional 80gb hard drive.
