Mercedes is cold weather testing their future models in the Northern Scandinavia to make sure that their luxury vehicles work in every possible weather condition.
One of the cars that they are testing there is a next-generation ML-Class, which features all wheel drive and tons of high tech goodies to make it safe in snow.
Last week engineers had a good chance to put the new ML’s all wheel drive system into test when another test car ended up in deep snow by the road. Good or bad, but the ML prototype failed to pull the S-Class Coupe facelift from the snow. Finally they managed to pull the big coupe from snow with the help of a S-Class sedan with snow chains.
Head over to SpeedLux to see the spy photos from the scene.
