Russian own sports car: E-Go Revolt

Company called E-Go in Moscow announced that they have started the production of a new sports car called Revolt, that is based on a Mitsubushi platform. Power comes from a 3.0-liter V6 that makes around 550 hp thanks to two turbos.

Revolt has an active air suspension and runs on 19-inch wheels with 245/40/19 tires up front, and 325/30/19 at the rear.

Cars electronics is developed by engineering firm National Instruments. Touch screen monitor is placed in the steering wheel, from where you can control all the car electronics. This sounds interesting, but how will it really work while you are driving?

We are more than skeptical and not convinced that the company has already started the production. Current auto industry in Russia is a big joke and all these concepts that pop out once in a while never tend to make into production.

Wow, this is based on a Mitsubishi GTO/30000GT. They have not built those since 2000. Does this mean that Mitsubishi will come out with a new one? I loved those Dodge Stealth`s back in the early 1990`s and with Chrysler selling off the Dodge Viper a new GTO/30000GT based Stealth would be an increadible addition to the Dodge brand. Hopefully for the 2011 model year, 20 years after the first Stealth R/T Twin Turbo!

I think, this Revolt tail reminds littlebit of Ford Mustang Fastback and front is from Fiat Punto…another copy, like all russian models ;D

Not too bad. It lacks originality, but in general proportions and detailing looks good.

The taillights are taken from Maserati
