Rendered speculation: C3R based on the C6 Corvette

Christian Cyrulewski is the man behind the C3R. He has merged two of his favorite Corvettes, the 1969 Corvette Stingray and the C6 corvette. Retro looking C3 Stingray with today’s supercar performance. Not bad at all.

C3R is a Third Generation (C3) Retro Corvette Stingray which is based on the Sixth Generation (C6) platform. What makes this project different from lot of other renderings, is that he is actually planning to build the car and if it draws enough attention he would be offering it as a kit version.
