Renault Twingo CC spotted winter testing in Sweden

Earlier it was speculated that Renault Twingo CC (Coupe Cabriolet) will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. Unfortunately not.

Looks like Renault engineers still have some testing to do as the car was spotted in Sweden with heavy disguise.

Open top Twingo CC is a two-seater with a one-piece retractable hardtop. Power will come from the current Twingo’s 1.2-liter four-cylinder engine that develops around 120 horsepower.

No information on price, but when it arrives it will be one of the cheapest ways you can go convertible.

Main competitors include smart fortwo, Opel Tigra and Peugeot 207 CC. We expect Renault to unveil the Twingo CC in the very near future.
