The Boxster Spyder will make its world debut next month at the Los Angeles Auto Show. It is the third version in the Boxster range and also the lightest one in the entire Porsche model range.
Inspired by the 550 Spyder it weighs just 1,275 kg. This mid-engined roadster has no AC, no radio, no heavy insulation - making it a real drivers car.
3.4-liter six cylinder engine develops 320 bhp taking it from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds. Top speed is 267 km/h (166 mph) with or without the roof open.
Sales will start next February with EU prices starting at 53,100 Euros, and U.S. prices starting at $61.200.
