Porsche Panamera official images out (new images added)

Finally after all the spy shots and recent teasers we can show you the official images of the upcoming Porsche Panamera Gran Turismo.

According to the leaked information, Panamera is 4.97 meters (16.3 feet) long and 1.93 meters (6.3 feet) wide. Wheelbase is 2.92 meters (9.6 feet). It is smaller than the Audi A8, but larger than the A6.

Panamera will first come with two engine choices, 4.8-liter V8 with around 400 hp (Panamera S) and twin-turbocharged 4.8-liter V8 that has around 500 hp (Panamera Turbo).

All this power will be sent to all four wheels(or just rear wheels depending on the version) via Porsche’s new dual-clutch gearbox. 3.6-liter V6 with around 300 hp will be added soon after the launch.

In the future there will be also a hybrid version, S version of the Turbo and very likely a diesel(even though Porsche has ruled it out).

Porsche has said that they plan to sell approximately 20,000 units each year, out of which 20% are the Turbo models. Sales will start next year and can go as high as 50,000 units a year depending on the demand. Stay tuned as we will be bringing you more details already on Monday.
