Peugeot 3008 spied undisguised

This undisguised 3008 was spotted in the eastern France revealing also the inside of the car. 3008 will compete right against the small 4*4s like Nissan Qashqai, Volkswagen Tiguan and Ford Kuga.

Styling is quit similar to its big brother, the 4007. Rumor is that the 3008 will be offered in five and seven-seat configurations. Power will come from a 1.6-liter turbocharged four cylinder gasoline engine and a 2.0-liter HDI diesel. Base models will only get the front wheel drive, 4WD will be optional.

Peugeot 3008 will debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Sales will likely start end of the year or beginning of 2010. Peugeot partner Citroen will also introduce their version of the model sometimes in the near future.
