Last month Opel introduced Insignia at the London Motor Show. Last week they announced that the third body version of the Insignia called Sports Tourer will debut at the Paris Motor Show.
Now our spy photograper in Germany has captured the hatchback version of the Insignia that has camouflaged front grill and bumper, also the rear bumper and and exhausts are disguised. Hidden front end is most likely hiding new and bigger air intakes.
This Insignia is most likely the OPC version. OPC stands for “Opel Performane Center”. Rumor is that it has an AWD system(shares it with Saab 9-3 Turbo X) and a new twin-turbo V6 that generates over 300hp.
In the UK Vauxhall will be calling it Insignia VXR.

ok, since this test car can do away with the front bumper’s air intake, so the “enlarged” air intake would merely be decorative.
