Oh that’s a PAS! BMW explains the thing in animation language

It’s not a sedan; it’s not a hatchback nor is it an SUV or a people carrier. Is it then a motorbike? No. It is a PAS. And finally BMW has made an effort to teach us what it’s all about.

In their official video animation BMW explains the inspirational sources and the practical need for a performance activity sedan. We get to see how the PAS combines all kinds of characteristics that other types of cars boast.

If it were a convertible too and could aquaplane of even dive like the latest Rinspeed creating, then there would only be air and space to conquer. Still the PAS seems quite nice. It actually is more active looking than the upcoming 2010 5 Series Sedan or the Tourer.

It shall share all the architecture and engines with the 5 Series. Does that mean we can also go for an M PAS? Hopefully yes but realistically - not.
