Nissan GT-R V-spec spotted with new exhaust pipes

2010 Nissan GT-R V-SpecNissan’s GT-R V-Spec is a lighter and more powerful than the stock GT-R. It is expected to have around 520 bhp (390 kW), be about 200 lb (91 kg) lighter, and come with carbon ceramic brakes. Nissan has said that this model will be available in the United States in 2010.

Unlike the stock GT-R the V-Spec will be a 2-seater. No information on the price yet, but the rumor is it will be priced around 130,000 USD (thats almost twice the price of a stock GT-R).

Stock GT-R has managed to lap the famous Nürburgring in 7 minutes and 29 seconds. Other supercars like Corvette ZR1 and even the Viper ACR have done better after GT-R’s record run. With GT-R V-spec Nissan hopes to break the Nürburgring lap record for a stock production vehicle.

What we have here is a V-spec model with never before seen new exhaust pipes. Also the steering wheel is on the right side. It could be that UK and other countries with the steering on the right are getting different exhaust pipes or Nissan is testing new exhaust for the V-spec.
