Next generation 911 Cabrio hits the Nürburgring

Next generation 911 (998) Coupe was first seen on the Nürburgring last week. Today the convertible version of the next-generation 911 made it to the extreme Nürburgring.

On these new photos we can see that this prototype has a small spoiler above the rear window right below the canvas.

We already saw something similar on the coupe version.

Porsche is well known for innovative rear spoilers on all their models. We would not be surprised if next-generation 911 Cabrio has a rear spoiler fitted to the retractable roof, which opens when the roof is raised and the car hits a certain speed limit.
