Even though the construction of Porsche’s new museum in Stuttgart is not quit ready and there is some minor work left to be done, the company is not wasting time and decided to install the first twelve exhibitions. By the end of this week all 80 exhibits will be relocated to the new museum.
The first exhibits that go on display in the Porsche museum today include a 356 Cabriolet, an original ‘11′ model and the first prototype of the 924.
“In the last few weeks, we have comprehensively restored all the vehicles and polished them up for their use in the museum,” commented Klaus Bischof, head of the ‘Rolling Museum’.
Most of the 80 exhibits will spend some periods of time on the road and will be continuously replaced by other models. This should be good news for visitors as they can discover different Porsche rarities every time they visit the museum.
