Edmundo Cano of the auto magazine, Auto Pan, has given a rendering of a Ford car, dubbed the Ford Mustang Mach 1 which could be a possible competitor to the Dodge Challenger SRT8 and the Chevrolet Camaro SS. The Mexican artist has given a drawing of the car with a detailed description: this could have a new aluminum 5.0-liter 32 valve known internally as “Coyote”, which would offer 400 hp and 375 specifically lb / ft of torque.

The car is a deep orange shade with 5 arm wheels of 20″ with a retro design. It could have manual or automatic transmission. Edmundo feels that this dream car would fill the gap between the Camaro SS and the Challenger SRT8 with 402 hp and 425 hp each.

Remember Ford’s old Mustang? That model was not made after 2005, and according to Edmundo, the Ford Mustang Mach 1 would be an ideal replacement for Mustang fans. It could possibly be available in 2011 if the dreams and hopes are realized and if Ford translates this rendering into reality.
