Right before the Christmas Honda announced that they are canceling the 560 hp NSX development.
After such announcements it seemed logical that Toyota will also cancel their Lexus LF-A supercar project. Now Toyota has now confirmed that they will not abandon the development of the carbon fiber bodied Lexus LF-A supercar.
This is another good news after Toyota reaffirmed its commitment to Formula One.
Rumor is that a small number of LF-A models will take part in various racing championships around the world next year. Lexus LF-A is powered by a 480 hp V8 engine and if produced will stay very exclusive as only few hundred units are planned.
