Gemballa Mirage GT Carbon EditionEven though Porsche Carrera GT production ended in 2006 and only 1,270 units were produced this supercar still gets the attention from different tuners.

This time its Gemballa again whose Mirage GT is probably one of the most known conversions of the Carrera GT.

Now Mr. Uwe Gemballa and his team have put the Mirage GT on a carbon fiber diet hence the name Mirage GT Carbon Edition.

This aggressive bodywork with a two-tone pearl white and black paint has now plenty of carbon fiber as you can see from the pictures.

Gemballa has upgraded the engine to 670 horsepower, 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) comes in 3.7 seconds (0-2 seconds faster than the stock Carrera GT). Top speed is now 208 mph (334 km/h) (stock car 205 mph / 334 km/h).

Rumor is that Mirage GT Carbon Edition is making an appearance at the Geneva Motor Show next week. If so then we will be bringing you more details and photos.
