Even though Fiat has been for long in the auto business now it is emerging as a major power broker in the industry. Considering its deal with Chrysler has gone through and more mergers and acquisitions in the pipeline, Fiat may be on its way to becoming a market leader.

Now Fiat has reached a major milestone by selling more of one model outside its home market More than 54 percent of its Fiat 500 Cabrio model has been sold globally. This retro hatchback is selling very fast wherever it has been introduced.

The new convertible model 500 C will go on sale in Italy, France and UK, with more markets later. The images show why the car is so popular.
