This seven-seater family hauler was spotted yesterday in Northern Sweden doing winter testing. Design is very similar(almost identical) to the last year’s Orlando concept.
Tacuma will be built on the Delta platform, just like the Chevy Cruze and future Chevy Volt. It could even be the first plug-in hybrid minivan to use the Volt’s technology.
Most powerful engine on the Tacuma will likely be a 2.0-liter turbodiesel with 150 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque.
No information on the final name, but recent rumors suggest Tacuma over Orlando. Very likely this seven-seater MPV won’t be sold in the U.S. Sales in Europe are expected to start beginning of 2010.
