Bugatti Veyron Super Sport in the hands of The Stig
1,200 horsepower Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is the fastest production car in the world with a top speed of 267.81 miles per hour, set on Volkswagen’s Ehra-Lessien test track.
Everyone knows the car is very heavy, so how does it handle on the track? The standard 1,000 hp Veyron never made it to the top 3 on Top Gear’s power laps board. In the latest episode of Top Gear, The Stig took this ultimate Veyron on the track and… yes the fastest production car is also fastest on Top Gear’s test track.
The Stig took the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport around the Dunsfold Aerodrome in 1m 16.8s. 0-3 seconds faster than the Gumpert Apollo and 1.5 seconds faster than the stock Veyron.
