BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe arrives in UK in June, priced from £61,390
BMW’s first four-door coupé, the 6 Series Gran Coupe is the third model to join the 6 Series range with stretched wheelbase improving cabin space.
A powerful 450 hp twin-turbo V8 heads a range of three TwinPower Turbo engines, which also includes six-cylinder petrol and six-cylinder diesel powerplants. All three engines drive through an eight-speed automatic transmission and come with the full suite of EfficientDynamics technologies, including Auto Start-Stop.
The 650i with 450 hp reaches 62 mph in 4.6 seconds, 640i with 320 hp in 5.4 seconds and the 640d also in 5.4 seconds. All models have an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.
