Audi has got an impressive line-up of new models of its cars. There is the RS5 which will be available as a coupe and cabrio, the A5 sportback (pictured), and the redesigned A8. The RS5 will have a powerful 4.2-liter V8 engine of 450 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque and reaching 0-60 time in the mid-four-second range. It will also be available as a topless variant later in the year.

The A5 sportback will have a 211 horsepower engine, 3.0-liter V6 and a revised diesel V6 putting out around 240 hp. This should debut in the Detroit Motor Show this year. The 2010 A8 will be shown at the Los Angeles Motor Show around November.

Apart from these, the A1 minicar, the hybrid Q5 CUV and the smaller Q3 crossover are also on the anvil. By late 2009, Audi’s cars will be more environmentally friendly as well with reduced fuel consumption. And the use of kinetic energy recovery system for stop start.
