At the Geneva Motor Show Audi showed us only the Coupe version of the TT RS. Yesterday at the AMI Motor Show in Leipzig, Audi finally showed the Roadster version to the public.
Both the TT RS Coupe and Roadster will arrive at European dealerships early summer.
Audi TT RS is just 4.20 meters (13.78 feet) in length and weighs 1,450 kilograms (3,196 pounds).
For more aggressive look compared to the standard TT it comes with a new fixed rear wing, LED daytime lights, revised spoilers, RS badges and huge air intakes. Under the hood is a five-cylinder turbocharged 2.5-liter FSI engine that develops 340 horsepower. 0-100 km/ (0-62 mph) comes in 4.6 seconds and the top speed is electronically limited at 250 km/ (155 mph). If customers want Audi can increase it to 280 km/h (174 mph). As with all RS models it has Audi’s quattro permanent all-wheel-drive.
