2011 BMX X5 Facelift unveiled

Here are the first details about the facelifted X5, which will make its debut at the New York Auto Show in April.
Facelifted X5 features minor cosmetical changes like new bumpers(relocated fog lights on the front), new body-color accents, new wheels, and redesigned taillights.
Inside we can find a new iDrive system with a 6.5-inch display or an optional 8.8-inch display. New options are active-ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a panorama glass roof, four-zone automatic climate, and a DVD entertainment system.
New safety features include head-up display, adaptive cornering headlights, high-beam assistant, park distance control, a reversing camera, active cruise control (with a stop & go), a lane departure warning system, and a speed limit information display.
Main changes are under the good as the old 3.0-liter inline-six is replaced by a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six (N55) that produces 302 hp and 400 Nm of torque. 0-100 km/h comes in 6.8 seconds and the top speed is 235 km/h (146 mph). Average fuel consumption is 10.1 liters/100 kilometers (23 mpg US).
The X5 xDrive50i gets a new 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 which packs 402 hp and 400 Nm of torque. 0-100 km/h comes in 5.5 seconds and the top speed is 250 km/h (155 mph). Average fuel consumption is 12.5 liters/100 kilometers (19 mpg US).
Diesel engines offered include two turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engines. xDrive40d packs 302 hp and 600 Nm of torque and xDrive30d 241 hp and 540 Nm of torque.
All engines are backed up by an eight-speed automatic transmission.
