2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class official photos leaked

No more spy shots. What we have here are the first official 2010 Mercedes E-Class photos, that somehow “leaked” to the German web and now you can see them here.

So far the spy shots we have seen have revealed most of the car except the lights. We can clearly see the light shape and also new LED lights on the bottom of the bumper where usually fog lights are. New E-Class will be powered by the same gasoline and diesel engines. Most powerful AMG version will have 550 plus hp.

New E-Class will be more advaned technically than the current model. Some of the features to expect are: lane-departure warnings, an eye-movement monitor, traffic-sign identification, road-condition sensors, and stability control that accounts for crosswinds, and tire wear. The car will be also safer for pedestrians ans cyclists, in a low speed collision bonnet pops up 5 cm to lessen injury.

New E-Class will debut at the Geneva Motor Show beginning of next year. E-Class Coupe should be revealed soon after at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

As usually with “leaked” images they are not in the best quality, but surely offer more details than spy photos of camouflaged versions:
