Last time we saw the XJ-R was back in August, when it was spotted in Death Valley. Looks like Jaguar is giving the car its final touch as it has very little camouflage. We can clearly see that the car gets hood air vents, changed grille, larger air intakes and quad exhaust pipes.
Power will very likely come from a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 that makes around 500 hp. This should be enough to take on the BMW M5, AMG E63 and Audi RS6. Jaguar should be introducing XF-R very soon on a major auto show.

nice… but from the side it looks very much like a db9
That is not a Jaguar!!!!!!! When Ford bought out Jaguar they decided to sedanize those beautiful cars and clearly this is yet another example of that. Don’t they get that people are willing to spend extra on beautiful cars like Jaguar used to make? Why are they doing this to us?
Is that a Pontiac?
It looks like a DB9 do to the fact that one of the former designer’s of the Astin Martin helped design the XFR. And as for the whole this is a sedanized Ford. Ford no longer owns Jaguar, and this new XFR is not designed by an American company( already making it a better car)as well as the XKS and XJ. The car is built in Europe I believe and the company is now owned by Tata motors.
